Good people should mix with troubled people to lift them up.

In the Gospel the Jewish religious leaders, the Scribes and the Pharisees who were  .02the Jewish religious leaders, condemned Jesus for eating with tax collector and sinners,  but Jesus said they were the kind of people who needed him most.

We sometimes slip into thinking like the Pharisees, by saying that churchgoing people should stick to their own kind.,  But Jesus wants us to mix. He expressed that view in his short saying, "The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman mixes with three measures of four until the whole mass begins to rise.
