We bring the manger, Mary and Jesu alive in or hearts.

Christmas, 12/25/17

The Gospel's Christmas story begins with the angels singing:

Angels we have heard on high, sweetly singing o'er the plains,
And the mountains in reply, echoing their glorious strains.

Angels we have heard on high. Sweetly, sweetly, through the night,
And the mountains in reply echoing their brief delight.

The scene then switches to the shepherds going to Mary,
who treasures all their words in her heart..

Away in a manger, no crib for his bed,
The little Lord Jesus lay down his sweet head.

The stars in the sky, look down where he lay,
The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.
  ,
To make this a real Christmas, you must help
your imagination in bringing the faces of
Jesus and Mary right up to yours.
