Anyone who loses his life will save it.

Jesus said anyone who loses his life will save it, and everyone who saves his life loses it. What did he mean by that? How do you go along with what he said?

First, if you give your energy to help others, you will come out of that the stronger person.

A more complex approach to it is to say anyone who gives up wasting time in easy living might lose his chance to fulfill his potential.
